  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Once your order is confirmed and begins processing, we may not be able to cancel or edit it.

  • In rare cases, we may cancel or limit quantities due to stock, payment issues, or other concerns. If this happens, you’ll be notified right away.


3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within the United States and offer international shipping where available.

  • Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days (U.S.) depending on your location.

  • You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate—we can’t replace or refund packages sent to incorrect addresses.


4. Returns & Refunds

  • Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after your return is received and approved.

  • Some items (e.g., sale items, digital goods, or custom orders) may be final sale—these will be clearly marked.

If your item arrives damaged or something is missing from your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
